Shipping and Delivery
VanJohan Wear offers shipping worldwide. We will do our best to provide shipping to as many places as possible, although, in some circumstances shipping can be difficult to ship to certain countries or territories. If shipping to a specific location is not possible, we’ll contact you to see if we can find another solution. In the unfortunate circumstance that this is not possible, we will refund your money.
International
Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.
Shipping laws are different in each country, It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. VanJohan Wear is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices; however, we will look at it from a case to case basis to see how best we can solve the issue.
Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of our product, we cannot accept returns or do refunds on used or worn items unless they are deemed to be defective.
Returns on unworn items will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returns on product must arrive back unopened in its original packaging. Refunds only apply to the goods and does not include any shipping charges. VanJohan Wear does not cover the cost of the return or the exchange.

How will I know if the pouch fits?
The built-in hammock is graded accordingly per size. Big or small, the hammock is designed to perfectly fit and lift your manhood to provide ultimate comfort and support.
If you ever feel like something does not fit right, please contact us immediately and we will send you a new pair at no charge.
How do I care for my VanJohan's when I wash them?
To get the longest life out of your VanJohan's you should treat it as a delicate. Make sure to 
machine wash them warm and then tumble dry on low. Do not use chlorine bleach or fabric softener, as it will break-down the bamboo fabric faster.
