Shipping and Delivery

VanJohan offers shipping worldwide. We will do our best to provide shipping to as many places as possible, although, in some circumstances shipping can be difficult to ship to certain countries or territories. If shipping to a specific location is not possible, we’ll contact you to see if we can find another solution. In the unfortunate circumstance that this is not possible, we will refund your money.

International

Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.


Shipping laws are different in each country, It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. VanJohan Wear is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices; however, we will look at it from a case to case basis to see how best we can solve the issue.

Returns and Refunds

If there ever is a reason you are not satisfied, under our comfort guarantee, we will give you a 100% refund on your first pair, with no questions asked! That is how committed we are to providing you with the best underwear possible.
We cannot accept returns or do refunds on used or worn items unless they are deemed to be defective.
Returns on unworn items will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Returns on product must arrive back unopened in its original packaging.
Refunds only apply to the goods and does not include any shipping charges.
VanJohan Wear does not cover the cost of the return or the exchange.
