What size is right for me?
Nobody wants their undies riding up, squeezing where they shouldn't or fitting like a parachute. Let's get the right fit.
Our Hans Collection comes in Small to Extra Large and fits on the snug side, while our Standard Collection and Long Loungers go all the way up to Double XL.

How will I know if the pouch fits?
The whole point of our Top Drawer Pouch Techâ„¢ is to provide the room and support you need, without the constant readjustments.
The pouch is graded to suit each size, so you can find the fit that works for you. It should feel comfortable and supportive, not tight, restrictive or like everything is fighting for space down there.

How do I care for my VanJohan's when I wash them?
Treat the goods right, and they'll return the favour.
- Machine wash warm.
- Tumble dry on low.
- Skip the chlorine bleach and fabric softener, as these can break down the bamboo-derived fabric over time.
Follow these instructions to help keep your VanJohan underwear feeling comfortable wash after wash. Nobody wants their favourite pair benched early.
Returns
What is your return policy?
Sometimes things don't work out. We get it.
If you need to request a refund, get in touch within 30 days of your purchase and include your proof of purchase. You can reach us at info@vanjohanunderwear.com, and we'll help you with the next steps.
If your item arrives defective, we'll cover the return shipping.
We want you to be happy with your VanJohan gear, so if there's an issue, let us know and we'll help you figure it out.
Orders & Shipping
Where do you ship?
The Big Balls Club has no borders. We ship worldwide wherever we can!
In some cases, shipping to certain countries or territories may not be possible. If we run into an issue shipping to your location, we'll contact you to see if we can work something out. If we can't find a solution, we'll refund your order.
For deliveries outside North America, additional VAT, taxes, customs charges or other import fees may apply. These charges are set by your local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Do you accept international orders?
Absolutely! We welcome orders from around the world and appreciate everyone who wants to give VanJohan a try.
International shipping costs will be added at checkout. Depending on your country, you may also be responsible for tariffs, customs duties, taxes or other import fees. These aren't covered by VanJohan, so we recommend checking your country's rules before ordering.
How can I be sure that my order went through?
Once you've placed your order, you'll see an order confirmation page and receive a confirmation email, usually within a few minutes.
Give your order details a quick once-over to make sure everything is correct. Spot a mistake? Contact us as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to help before your order ships.
How can I pay for my order?
We've got plenty of ways to pay for the goods. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, PayPal, Apple Pay and Shop Pay.

When will I receive my order?
We know you're eager to get your hands on your new favourite undies.
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow its journey.
Delivery usually takes 3–10 business days, depending on the shipping method you choose. International orders may take longer due to distance, customs processing and local delivery times.
