What makes you different from all the other underwear out there?
Trust us when we say we have tried them all and still felt something was missing. More importantly, we asked hundreds of people what they wanted and what they thought was missing. We got rid of the overcomplicated panels and pouches that just funnelled sweat to undesirable areas and focused on something that would truly lift and move everything out of harms way.

Absolutely! When you bundle one of our Buy One Get One bundles, please go to your cart and leave us a note letting us know what styles you would like to mix and match.

Yes! We take security seriously. All transactions are 100% secure and your information privacy is our most important concern. What size is right for me?
How will I know if the pouch fits?
The built-in hammock is graded accordingly per size. Big or small, the hammock is designed to perfectly fit and lift your manhood to provide ultimate comfort and support.
If you ever feel like something does not fit right, please contact us immediately and we will send you a new pair at no charge.
How do I care for my VanJohan's when I wash them?
To get the longest life out of your VanJohan's you should treat it as a delicate. Make sure to 
machine wash them warm and then tumble dry on low. Do not use chlorine bleach or fabric softener, as it will break-down the bamboo fabric faster.
Why only one kind of style?
At VanJohan our motto is "Do one thing really, really well!" We are always perfecting the style we have now and putting it to the test in every type of environment.
Will we ever offer new styles? Absolutely! But first we want to make sure we have done everything we can to make this the perfect pair you will own. After all, we worked hard creating a product that literally fits all body types.

What is your return policy?
All refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase. Please provide proof of purchase and email us at info@vanjohanunderwear.com.
We offer free return postage on defected items.
Orders & Shipping
Where do you ship?
We believe that no one should be left out. That is why VanJohan offers shipping worldwide! We will do our best to provide shipping to as many places as possible, although, in some circumstances shipping can be difficult to ship to certain countries or territories. If shipping to a specific location is not possible, we’ll contact you to see if we can find another solution. In the unfortunate circumstance that this is not possible, we will refund your money.
For outside North America, additional VAT/Taxes, customs charges, or other levies may be incurred by local authorities (such as local customs authority upon import). Any such additional charges must be borne by you (the recipient).
Do you accept international orders?
Of course! We would never stop people wanting to give our product a try as we appreciate their support! To cover the shipping cost however, there will be a shipping charge added to the total. Please also note that tariffs and import fees vary by country which will not be covered. Just take a quick look at your country’s rules in advance.
How can I be sure that my order went through?
After your order has been submitted, you will be sent to the confirmation page. In addition, you will receive email confirmation, usually within minutes. Make sure to check your details and that they are correct, if not please contact us immediately.
How can I pay for my order?
We accept most common credit cards (Visa Credit/ Debit, MasterCard) and even accept PayPal. For your safety and security, we require you to enter your Card Verification Number (CVN) when paying with credit card.
When will I receive my order?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email confirmation including a tracking number. It will take anywhere from 3-10 business days, depending on the shipping method chosen. Expect it to take a little longer for international orders. Don’t worry though, your VanJohan’s will make it!
How do packages appear when shipped?
All shipments are discreetly wrapped but VanJohan’s themselves are packaged in our custom designed black package . There are no stickers or promotional slogans on the outer packaging other than those of the carrier.
