Shipping and Delivery
VanJohan Wear offers shipping worldwide. We will do our best to provide shipping to as many places as possible, although, in some circumstances shipping can be difficult to ship to certain countries or territories. If shipping to a specific location is not possible, we’ll contact you to see if we can find another solution. In the unfortunate circumstance that this is not possible, we will refund your money.
International
Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.
Shipping laws are different in each country, It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. VanJohan Wear is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices; however, we will look at it from a case to case basis to see how best we can solve the issue.
Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of our product, we cannot accept returns or do refunds on used or worn items unless they are deemed to be defective.
Returns on unworn items will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returns on product must arrive back unopened in its original packaging. Refunds only apply to the goods and does not include any shipping charges. VanJohan Wear does not cover the cost of the return or the exchange.

Currently we have 5 sizes: S,M,L,XL and XXL. Each product has a handy dandy sizing chart on the page to help you along the way. You can also view the fit guide under the answers menu at the very top.
When measuring your size always go by waist size. For example, if you are a size 34, you would then take a large pair of underwear. If You wear a belt to hold up a size 34, then take a medium.
Guaranteed to fit. If you’re not 100% satisfied with the fit of your first pair, don’t fret. Send us an email, and we’ll send you a new size at no charge.

What size is right for me?
Nobody wants their undies riding up, squeezing where they shouldn't or fitting like a parachute. Let's get the right fit.
Our Hans Collection comes in sizes S to XL and fits on the snug side. Our Standard Collection and Long Loungers range from S to XXL.
Check the sizing chart on your product page or use our Interactive Size Calculator to find your fit. We recommend checking the sizing for your specific collection before ordering.
How will I know if the pouch fits?
The whole point of our Top Drawer Pouch Tech™ is to provide the room and support you need without the constant readjustments.
The pouch is graded to suit each size, so it should feel comfortable and supportive, not tight, restrictive or like everything is fighting for space down there.

How do I care for my VanJohan's when I wash them?
Treat the goods right, and they'll return the favour.
- Machine wash warm.
- Tumble dry on low.
- Skip chlorine bleach and fabric softener, as these can break down the fabric over time.
Follow these instructions to keep your VanJohan underwear feeling comfortable wash after wash. Nobody wants their favourite pair benched early.

When will I receive my order?

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow its journey.
Delivery usually takes 3–10 business days, depending on your shipping method. International orders may take longer due to customs and local delivery times.
